Flow With The Track

nce you have control, you need technique. This session introduces the physical art of riding—body position, weight transfer, and using the bike’s geometry to turn sharper and safer.

Focus Areas:

  • Body Mechanics: How to hang off to reduce lean angle.

  • Transitions: Flipping the bike from left to right smoothly.

  • Braking: Introduction to trail braking (braking while leaning).
